Gym Battle 1: Falkner

We survived. After coming close quite a few times we were able to take Falkner out of the skies, and back to reality. The better part: we all came out the other side alive, even FuckingOwl which is a surprise because does fucking nothing.

Day 1: Violet City

So after battling our way up Route 30, passing the creatively named Dark Cave and picking up another traveler, we finally make it to the first town with a gym: Violet City.

However just because I catch a Pokemon doesn't mean they are right for this team. This is not your little sister's Pokemon with fucking Vanillite, no this Pokemon Silver on Nuzlocke; that's the Pokemon equivalent of trying to fight Godzilla on steroids with the emotional pain of watching him rape your wife. What this equates to is that this is a team of motherfucking CHAMPIONS, which does not include a fucking Bellsprout. 

So thanks to Kyle, Larry was traded for Rocky, the most badass Onix in all the land (Kyle couldn't handle the swag). From there we toured the City, after stopping by the clearly underfunded inner city school, we stormed Bell Tower. After crushing every Bellsprout worshiping monk in the tower, catching a pretty chill Rattata named Dave and some serious level grinding, we prepared for our first real challenge. My Journey Begins...

Welcome, Welcome. I am "The Best" and this is the official page of my attempt to complete the Nuzlocke Challenge in Pokemon Silver. For those who don't know the Nuzlocke Challenge is a set of rules designed to make Pokemon more difficult. The basic rules are:

1. Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released.
2. The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances.
3. The player can't catch any Pokemon previously found in the wild.
4. All Pokemon must be nicknamed.
5. If all Pokemon in the party faint, then you lose.

When I started playing I had no intention of doing the challenge however I decided why the hell not before I got to far.. so to catch things up I am TheBest and I am traveling with Gerard, Cyndaquil now lvl 10, and FuckingOwl, my HootHoot from Route 30. I am now leaving Cherrygrove with New Bark Town far behind it and heading to Violet City. Here we go.

By the way, if you couldn't tell I really hate owls.
